Cause and Effect

I am the foil ignored by you and your society, an extension of your regard for your beloved new order. An order based on the same disciplines and doctrines conceived thousands of years ago.
I am the immortal who is always present to seek and divert all of your beloved prodigy whom you incessantly train with knowledge from the ages now gone by. You, who we have enlightened, now disregard all that you know is true, falling back upon the inevitable excuse "that's not right". A phrase espoused by those who have been selected by others, simply based on the continuity of their belief systems. A conditioned set of standards by which you seek to pigeon hole all those whom you admire and follow, and those others that you disdain and admonish.
It is not greatness and wealth that you seek. It is not truth or falsehood that you decide. It is not order or chaos you seek or avoid. Power is the basis for your new order. Yet, your avoidance of the truth is an idolatrous and screaming proclamation to the fundamentals by which you live. You, who seek in one manner or another an equality, you believe is inherent with all life. The ultimate scale of existence so cherished by all those who seek to incorporate another's perceived advantage into their own version of reality.
We showed you how to build magnificent clocks, towers and bridges from stones then chose instead to care for a rock as you did for small furry animals. We taught you how animals could exist with you in symbiotic relationships only to raise their status and consciousness to a level not un-equaled to your own. We left you manuscripts of history, law, philosophy and prophecy only to watch you spend all eternity living by and for their dictates rather than tearing them apart and resolving the contradictions to nature and reason within them, and, as a further testament to your "contribution" you have killed, maimed, brutalized or ostracised those who questioned those first dictates emanating form the genesis of your 'grand' new order.
Your new order is not the first of it's kind. There have been thousands before you who have seemingly pulled the sword from the stone. Those who wield the power of this age's version of the sword, are the one's you have romanticised as your leaders. Gone are the men of the shires, counties and provinces, those nobles, dukes and earls of the dark ages. They have been replaced by the individuals who have mastered the belief systems of the people, be they a charlatan, soothsayer or the community organizer waiting for the latest polls to see what the majority of the 'people' think... or will believe! (dare I say minister, preacher or.....CZAR)?
The age of tyrants, kings and nobility is dying but not gone. Your new order is of the same make-up as before, only those who wield the swords now, are the ones who have mastered the power based on conditioning (what the social engineers of the ages called education). Not the conditioning usually attributed to the process of healing a physical injury, but the program that governs your response to the perceived affects of reality, ignoring the actual effects that are sure to follow. I am sure the publicly educated among us are well versed on the difference between the two, none the less their importance!

Your quest for immortality begins with your nature, your being, your yearning to live and not be absent from the reality that makes such a thought possible. A millennia of death, destruction, pestilence and what you know as the circle of life has crippled your ability to conceive such an existence equal to your inability to grasp reality. Ask yourself but one question.... What use is immortality after you have perished, shaken the coils of this realm you find dangerous, sinful and in need of a continuous heartbeat let alone a consciousness to regard, (need I point out the obvious, PERCEIVE) your very existence.... within reality? Everlasting life, a phrase, a term derived from a wish not to die. Imagine the harm you would perpetuate on young and impressionable minds with a purely subjective tenet declaring it is only possible after death? Is this a contradiction only we can perceive and acknowledge? Is it only we, immortals, that do not see this as a conflation of an objective fact like water will exist from an open container after evaporation and / or condensation with a subjective thought it will still be available? Ask the marooned survivor on a desert island alone, without the knowledge to find or create a potable source to sate his thirst by sipping the air. As a child I sincerely remember adults speaking of lost loved ones and how they were so much better off where they were.... Not here but Heaven? So what the frak is the draw to stay here on this desolate ball of clay, metals and minerals when we can be whooping it up in Heaven with our loved ones? Make no mistake, we have been aware of this contradiction far longer than any of you could know. We grieve for the lost mortals we loved and existed with. We pined for a means to pass on our ability to survive the perils of a world full of virus, bacterial and natural disasters and stood transfixed by the multitudes of deaths caused by you mortals. Your envy of other's abilities, possessions and very lives subordinated your reason to control, pillage and looting of those around you. You justified such acts as divine intervention and manifest destiny long before the United States coined the phrase. Moral justification of one's actions is a polar opposite weapon of control your societies used to control the mortals, guilt. Now are you beginning to see our code?
Dan here... I know, usually my fantasy buddies are here but I met a muse today that prompted, no....demanded I write something of my own... here it goes...

The car business has evolved from a mom and pop run service station to the mega-dealers of today. Funny that the service station is a near non-existent entity in today's world. I am of the age that remembers pulling up to the pumps in the steel bodied beasts of "yester year" with my legs sticking to the vinyl and the occasional wift of breeze through the roll-down windows on a summer afternoon, none the less the blustery days of winter, in the south, when 32 degrees felt like frost bite, yet the car's radiator was trying to boil the very skin from your shins. In these days two to four men would rush out in weather appropriate attire lifting the hood, filling up the tank, checking the tire pressure and of course.... pitching the marvels of the latest quart of goo, rubber blades, light bulbs or air freshener.

These were the men first approached to open "dealerships" in the young age of one of the greatest industries that helped launch this nation into the international behemoth it became. People were learning that freedom was equal to the fuel in the tank rather than one's exertion with horse, stride or that ever so limiting bicycle. There was a day in each of your family's pedigree when they encountered their first salesman. Not the harrasing door to door salesmen that pitched everything from vacume cleaners, bibles and housewares. And let's not forget to mention the catalog peddlers that introduced the closing era of the valiant, yet noble men that looked for the occasional yes amongst the myriad of nos. I really refer to that epitome of angst and revile you each have...the car salesman.

We were the men that knew going in how much easier it would be to convince you of a buck and a half pair of shoes and their sheer importance on that next proposal, interview or sunday morning meeting. We realized the ease at convincing your wives at home the need for the newest appliance to make you a better meal, provide a cleaner household none the less a few extra hours of bon-bons in the afternoon. No one knew better than we, how difficult it would be to overwhelm your sense of good judgment in buying a previously owned means of transportation rather than the marked up new model three to four times your income. We knew, yet we came anyway.

To understand us one really needs to catch a glimpse of the egos involved, the humiliation we distributed to those unworthy and quite honestly, just how genuinely honest the vast majority of us were. Every field of endeavor and career has their bad apples, ours was one that seemed to evolve differently than all others. If you truly question this, why is it even today you lie about how much you spent for your home and how little you spent for your car?

The Salesman

Many sales pros will be able to explain the 80\20 rule. Suffice it to say that for every car salesman you met only two out of every ten actually were REALLY any good at it. The quickest way to measure this is find out how long they actually tried it. I remember the numerous people over the years that claimed to have been once a car salesman. Most only tried a mere few months, occasionally you would find a few that lasted a few years. Rarely, did you meet a closer.

We were the guys that stumbled into a field of work that cared little for the sheepskin. We were the guys who knew how to sell, but truly without lying.

eXERPTS Democracy in America, Volume 1 By Alexis de Tocqueville

"Zealous Christians may be found amongst us whose minds are nurtured in the love and knowledge of a future life, and who readily espouse the cause of human liberty as the source of all moral greatness. Christianity, which has declared all men are equal in the sight of God, will not refuse to acknowldge that all citizens are equal in the eye of the law. But, by a singular concourse of events, religon is entangled in those institutions which Democracy assails, and it is not unfrequently brought to reject the equality it loves, and to curse the that cause of liberty as a foe which it might hallow by it's alliance.
By the side of these religous men I discern others whose looks are turned to the Earth more than to Heaven; they are the partisans of liberty, not only as the source of the noblest virtues, but more especially as the root of all solid advantages; and they sincerely desire to extend it's sway, and to impart it's blessings to mankind. It is natural that they should hasten to invoke the assistance of religon, for they must know that liberty cannot be established without morality, nor morality without faith; but they have seen religon in the ranks of their adversaries, and they inquire no further; some of them attack it openly, and the remainder are afraid to defend it."

"This state of things is without a parallel in the history of the world. In America, every one finds facilities un-known elsewhere for making or increasing his fortune. The spirit of gain is always on the stretch, and the human mind, constantly diverted from the pleasures of imagination and the labors of the intellect, is there swayed by no impulse but the pursuit of wealth. Not only are manufaturing and commercial classes to be found in the United States, as they are inall other countries; but, what never occured elsewhere, the whole community are simultaneously engaged in productive industry and commerce."

"When hereditary wealth, the privileges of wealth, the pivileges of rank, and the perogatives of birth have ceased to be, and when every man derives his strength form himself alone, it becomes evident that the chief cause of desparity between the fortunes of man is the mind."
PAGE 45
Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet meet and fall in love in Shakespeare's lyrical tale of "star-cross'd" lovers. They are doomed from the start as members of two warring families. Here Juliet tells Romeo that a name is an artificial and meaningless convention, and that she loves the person who is called "Montague", not the Montague name and not the Montague family. Romeo, out of his passion for Juliet, rejects his family name and vows, as Juliet asks, to "deny (his) father" and instead be "new baptized" as Juliet's lover. This one short line encapsulates the central struggle and tragedy of the play.....

I cannot say it any other way! You look on this subject as a child, disregarding the fact I chose to be miserable....I chose to live with guilt and shame...I lived with the abuse of one un-willing to love who and what I am. I chose integrity, she chose degradation. I chose commitment, she chose to find another while we "reconciled". I lived a lie of convention while she took any and every opportunity to demean my way of life, my character, my ethics, my very soul. It's so easy to sing the psalms of forgiveness, love, charity and hope to the degenerates bussed in off the streets every Sunday.... but love a man content to produce, provide a home and way of life, most would pine for in romance novels...that is simply not possible, for her! Is it for you?

You were, and are still young. You have no idea what it is like to be better than most in your field and come home to the drama of another so unhappy with herself, her family, her doubts and insecurities that she lashes out at your 'feeble' attempts to express, " look what I have done...are you pleased?" I pleaded with her to see that it was for her I toiled. I wanted nothing else but a small word of (dare I say THANKS ?) appreciation for achieving a level of success that allowed her to decide her own fate, to decide to work or not, to manage the household WE had created, WE had established, WE had conceived....

Yet, there she sat ...along with a man you claim to want to take on his name. A man that saw his day in court. A man that had a chance to "adjust" according to his present situation. A man I am no doubt is just as superlative in his field of endeavor, surpassing all that claim to be his equal, smashing the levels of competency set by his trade, AND being rewarded for such...there sat a man, that would allow you to take on his name without the responsibility that goes along with it. Forgive me, but how Brave!

Speak of faith if you must my child. You still have no idea what I believe. Only what she has told you. Allow me to share with you my vision of faith...

I believe in the goodness of man. I believe that a man left to his own devices will succeed in survival, lest only the cannibal that demands a portion of his mind, his body, his worth and a portion of his very life in exchange for their non-acceptance of righteousness, their evasion of reality or their unwillingness to strive for the simple sake of survival.

I believe in the Integrity of man. I believe that a man left to his own devices, his own mind, his own ability, will succeed; as long as he stays true to his convictions, true to his innate honesty, and by God, true to himself... a being of moral justice seeking the right, the just, the essence of existence... his life! A man cannot lose in the face of true evil as long as he faces it with rationality, compassion and an ardent desire for truth steeped in reality. I breathe, therefore I live. I live, therefore I exist. I think, therefore I am!

I now tell your sister the same thing I tried to express to you by phone. YOU TWO are MY daughters! I am hurt and cannot express the pain I feel seeing HIS name tagged on my daughters! I taught you to be independent, strong with conviction, steadfast in your acceptance of truth ONLY in the light of reason...question everything, dig till you feel you have found the one, the only, the truth, only then, be satisfied!

I now have expressed in writing the same I asked of you. My request is that you stay true to what I taught you and your brothers.

Remember who you are!

Your name is not an artificial or meaningless convention! It is who you are. Choose to change it for the man of your dreams, and I will support your decision and treat him as a son, just as I consider Justin's betrothed as my daughter. He chose her, he loves her and I am happy that he has found solace, happiness and more importantly....love! Until then you are both Newtons! Choose to keep your tagged last names if you wish... I will always love you both, my daughters, my girls. It will simply continue to hurt!

Love Forever my Loves,

Daddy
Well, a meeting (on my day off none the less) delayed my reply and musings on the Prez's speech last night. Suffice it to say that my original contention that our focus as a nation needs to be on other areas rather than trying to fix a health care system that the rest of the world actually envies, still stands. If we must focus our energies thus, please people, use that call, e-mail or blog to concentrate on the true weakness inherent in our system...namely, portability of coverage and limiting the access for frivolous law suits.

I by no means want doctors to be "suit proof" like our tax supported government entities, just that attorneys and their clients be held culpable to a case that loses. This simple step would cut the number of lawsuits over night...perhaps that is why the attorney's and their lobbyists oppose such a measure.

Portability of coverage is a much better solution to competition versus the one touted by the socialist power mongers. Look at their track record for medicare none the less social security. Their vision of competition will be printing more money to cover the gap in costs vs. premiums and increasing the debt astronomically for our children and generations beyond. Show me a plan that allows me to opt out for pregnancy, weight and diet related conditions and treatment for other "lifestyle" illnesses and \ or recovery plans and I'll be the first to sign up. That is true competition peeps...
Not accustomed to having "real world" days off...In my life before would already be at work checking the lot, revin' up the sales people and getting the daily pounding from owners and/or GM about getting volume or gross up. Whichever way the P and L winds were blowing that week. My thoughts now roll to the concern of the day...namely Healthcare revision. Should this be our primary concern right now...

I admit to being a mere product of public education, and have never been that bright. Still I wonder why it is but a few people that seem to realize that the daily news is rife with mild hysteria and obfuscation. With unemployment at a 25 year high and two of our economic power industries in the toilet, (housing and auto ) its a wonder why more peeps are not finding out how the Fair Tax being enacted would over night make us again the economic giant we once were.

Think about it, with only the repeal of the 16th amendment (the required first step) America would again become the #1 tax haven in the world. Go ahead, watch the media's headlines and reports concerning the "industrial giants" sending their labor hours for manufacture and assembly to the third world nations not to mention the ones with questionable loyalties to our sovereignty. (Can you say Mexicohttp://www.breitbart.tv/mexican-flag-wearing-la-raza-member-attacks-texas-town-hall-attendees/) Pine for the wretched souls working for a pittance in wages while the great American company ravages and pollutes their lands. Who else is fed up with these stories rather than the interviews with the decision-makers as to why it is so much more advantageous to corporate America to dole out these facilities avoiding needless Federal regulation and outrageous tax burdens. Yeah, you folks are right...fixing the best healthcare system in the world is so much more important. Forget simple fixes like tort reform and portability of coverage. NO, the lobbyist groups have worked to hard to ensure their stake on the two biggest aspects for the cost of health insurance, namely mal-practice and less competition.

Tax revenue would be at an all time high with a consumption based tax if for nothing else, Americans would instantly be taking home on average 28-30% more pay. Not to mention the collection of the underground incomes from the least of which is the illegal aliens, but the numerous tax cheats hiding income with cash only businesses and storefront tax shelters for extended families regardless of their race...

There is so much more but my musings are minimized by my non-college trained mind...

LAUGHING OUT LOUD!!!!

I end today with a National Security concern of a mere tax paying father of five....

How much longer can I tolerate working for illegals pouring over our borders in preparation for the next great "dry foot" type pardon (My hero Reagen, you missed on this one) of crimes against our sovereignty and security, much less wonder how a "public option" will cover them with my Federally appropriated tax dollars while their "unregistered income" vanishes in Western Union transfers and cash transactions.

I have more but the Holiday grows old.... I leave you to ponder this labor day.....Are you truly calling your Congressman or Senator on the right subject?????

It appears the time to return is nigh....

Who am I

I have lived in your world. I have been born and raised in the midst of those moralist proclaiming boundless evil and the sacrificial unable or unwilling to provide for their own means. I have been educated by those who consider conformity paramount above achievement. I have been hired, fired and worked with those who practice mediocrity, resenting those who challenge their pace and skill. I have experienced your most base and despised emotion, desire. That incredible urge your mind, not your loins, creates for that which you must have. I have played in your relationships of mutual subjugation only to find that your standard for love is directly linked to your self-esteem.
In all of these I have learned to live by, above and below your standards, striving to understand the relevance of any standard for a society that considers individual responsibility the ultimate oxy-moron. I have exercised freedoms unavailable to the vast heritage of mankind, unattainable by most of the Earth's population and unappreciated by the majority of those with access.
I have contributed to a system of taxation that exonerates those underachievers of their burdens taken on by incompetence, bad judgment or sheer lack of will. A system that sevices and supports those by virtue of their need alone, thereby providing more for those who contribute the least.
With incredulous fascination I have watched you celebrate mankind achievements only to denounce the individual who profits from your desire to share in it's benefits be it a job, service, product or discovery. I have watched a judicial system set up to protect the rights of the innocent, twisted and warped to protect the rights of the accused and convicted, at the expense of the victim. Not unlike the political system that has taken vast evolutional steps from that first great congress, most of whom were directly involved in the creation of the most powerful and wealthy nation ever. An evolution that has castrated this nation's base of power and continues to consume a finite supply of wealth.

I have lived in your world and now I am prepared to expose it.

Who am I?

I am not a savior, endowed with miraculous powers sent by an omnipotent being to sacrifice his mind and body to the whims of a writhing mob. I have neither threats of damnation nor demands of faith in that which you cannot understand. I ask for no sacrifice to prove your faith and obedience. I offer no promises of paradise upon fulfillment of edicts set down with the assumption of your inherent evil.

Who am I?

I am not an intellectual or scientist who relies on the findings of others set forth by his doctrine, just as pre-Columbus sailors who relied on other's tales and proclamations of levithans at the edge of the world. I do not ask you to forsake your rational by accepting my undeniable truths derived by years of study and research.

Who am I?

I am not a social reformer proclaiming your duty is to help those who cannot help themselves. I do not ask that you subjugate your mind to the whims of a majority whose only inherent means of domination is the sheer numbers in agreement to control what you have produced. I will not demand any sanction of guilt in exchange for alms to an undeserving body of humanity, willing to share the fruits of another's decision making process to counter act their own inability.

Who am I ?

I am not a bureaucrat conforming my code of conduct and platform of ideals to a majority's standard. I do not care to serve my fellow man by leading him down a path of least resistance, exchanging my most basic values for those that will empower me further. I do not associate with the person(s) whose only claim of value for me is the favor they may extract in exchange for a compromise of, that which he has sworn to protect, individual rights. I do not consider mankind as a whole body unable to choose what is best for it's needs, afraid of it's basic rights to life, all the while, competent to choose those who can decide and best protect it's indiviual intreasts.

Who am I?

I am not a superstar profiting from my abilities only to denounce those who have created the opportunities. I do not sing ballads for the undeserved, calling for the redistribution of wealth made by the industrial societies without whom, I would not have an outlet for my expression. I am not an athlete rising above the physical standards, but denouncing the greed of those whose technologies enhance my performance or build the arenas necessary to hold the number of spectators willing to trade currency for the opportunity to watch my competition on level playing fields abd under equal codes of conduct. I do not create or play rolls, report facts of news or knowledge nor write about the inequities of a system of government, without whom, my basic rights would be non-existent.

Do you know who I am yet?

Most do not care, and those of you who suspect are wrong. I am not the ideologue whose name your mind has been screaming. I possess not the strenth to carry out the convictions so latent in our pre-industrial, medieval and primordial evolved minds. I am unable to shrug the inequities piled up by years of contradiction, heretical condemnations or sanctions of guilt borne by those who traded our birthright for intangible truths.
I am simply a messenger, a prophet if you must. A man whose philosophy is based on one underlying premise, "I think". The two most dangerous words to our present social order, "I" and "think" can be combined to create powerful axioms of existence that are most feared by those you hold in high esteem. They, who will denounce my creed with edicts of their own, fearing the validity of their truths in the light of my own. They will use expressions of which, most you will be unable to define, yet invoke such emotion that they inhibit your rational analysis of the facts, that you as followers are avoiding in the first place.

Do I offend you?

Then set this book down. You are one of those who cares not for my idenity, and less for my message. To you I have nothing of value to trade for that which I ask in return.
To those who I have intrigued, consider my message a revelation. An expose of that which is often referred to as the new world order. A social structure set up with but two tiers and one possible outcome, destruction. My identity is an expression just as evident as my existence, and contrary to that which you value most, dependencey. Consider this before you trade two of your most valuable commodities in exchange for my prophecy. Only one will I be able to return if you are then dissatisfied.
Finally, to those few knowing who I am, it is to your minds that I dedicate my creed. You who understand that such a dedication is not unlike the tokens we are given to symbolize that which we have earned. To your minds I only offer the value of it's message. A message to be passed on to those you deem worthy. Those who reflect the characteristics that you recognize that are necessary for their own well being, and, the determination to act upon them. However, I ask one more thing of you. Simply, that you profit from my message, Either materially by raising the production of one employed by you or with the satisfaction derived from removing one more mind from the throes of destruction.

immortal epistemology

immortal epistemology A Quick Introduction
It is correct when you think that I am a devotee of those in the ilk of Rand, Locke, Aristotle and Voltaire. I to read Atlas Shrugged and was swept up by it's scope and meaning. I do believe in the basic tenents of the novel. Only, I know that the predicate ideal is one not easily mastered. It would take one decades of life times to awash the foul taint of altruism from thier mind. Two thousand years of in-breeding, social despotism and power trips not to mention the countless thousands of years dictated by a basic axiom of nature, survival of the fittest. Alighn your beliefs however you may, my code is based on survival! Your's is a mere plaything by those who wish to control your destiny. Thus, determining it.
